We're updating our Terms of Use ("Terms"), effective January 25, 2024. These changes include the following:
- Require you and us to arbitrate any disputes that may arise when you use our Platform, with limited exceptions;
- Clarify how you can create and use an account with us;
- Explain acceptable uses of our Platform;
- Cap our liability to you for legal claims to the greater of (1) the amount you pay us for products during the three months before the claim and (2) $100; and
- Reflect the terminology in our Privacy Policy, updated April 1, 2023.
Please review the updated Terms of Use. You may opt-out of arbitration within 30 days of the first time you use our Platform after January 25, 2024. To do so, follow the link in the first paragraph of the Terms of Use or email us here from the email address associated with your account if you have one, or if you do not have an account you must use the email address you received this message at. Your notice to opt-out must include your first and last name, address, and your email address. By continuing to use the Platform after January 25, 2024, you accept and agree to these updated Terms.
